Shipping, Exchange and Refund Policy

Dear Customer,

Below you will find information about our Shipping, Exchange and Refund Policies. Should you still any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, we'll be happy to assist you and provide an answer or a solution within 48 hours.


Please allow minimum 10 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns, Exchange, and Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Since the stock of our products is located outside the USA, the UK and Canada, for your convenience, we won't ask you to return the item if there is an issue with it, instead we can send you an exchange item or offer you a refund.

Below you'll find the list of cases, when you can apply for an exchange or a refund:

1) in case your item don't arrive in the agreed timeframe;

2) in case the item arrived damaged/was damaged during shipping

3) in case you received an item of wrong color or model

4) in case your item had a manufacture defect, which you detected within 7 days since you received the item

To be eligible for an exchange/refund you should have and email us (at or via contact us form) the following 3 documents within 10 days since you received the item:

  • a proof of purchase (stating the order number, shipping address and name of the recipient, and email used to make the order)
  • a proof of receiving the item
  • a photo proving the issue (where we can clearly see what is wrong with the item)

After receiving your request we will process it within 2 official business days and send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund including the details of the solution of your request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): for any items, which are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Every piece of jewellery we sell at IMEL Studio/ImEarringsLover is made with care from unique and natural products. Following are instructions on how to make your jewellery last a lifetime:

  • Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.
  • Store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch with an anti-tarnish strip. Try to keep pieces apart so they don't rub together.
  • Your jewellery will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product. Always read the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Be aware of tarnish which may occur as a result of oxidization, caused by the interaction of certain elements such as oxygen or Sulphur as well as with certain acids.
  • Never go swimming wearing your jewellery, as chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals and will erode jewellery.
  • Avoid wearing while taking shower or bath, cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities.
  • Please, do not eat jewelllery and other accessories, it is dangerous.
  • Please note that all accessories are designed only for adults and can not be regarded as toys for children.
